Yes! If your purchase is a gift, don't hesitate to let me know what the purchase is for (e.g. birthday, Secret Pal, Christmas). I can also ship the purchase directly to the recipient without an invoice included.
At one time, Amy Butler's fabrics were for non-commercial use only, but the policy has changed and sellers are allowed to make items out of her lovely fabrics for resale. Some older fabrics may still have the old policy printed on the selvedge, but rest assured my bags are perfectly legal for sale and purchase.
Yes, and I love my international buyers! Please note, however, that some countries like Italy prohibit the import of "sewn items," which includes my handcrafted bags. Please be aware of your country's laws regarding imports before purchasing, as I cannot be held responsible for any items confiscated by customs.
Of course! If you don't have a PayPal account, please note you can still use your credit card for purchase without creating an account. If you prefer, I also accept credit/debit cards through a great site called Propay. Sorry, no cash or personal checks can be accepted.
Your customer satisfaction is my goal! If you would like to return your Julip Bag for any reason, please contact me within two weeks of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition for refund. When I receive it back, you will be refunded the purchase price of the bag, less shipping.
Not at this time, but thanks for asking!
